Andrew McLean is a Transportation Policy Specialist at CDM Smith, providing a variety of transportation advisory services to public transportation agencies and private clients. Prior to joining CDM Smith, Andrew served for eight years as a legislator in the Maine House of Representatives, where he chaired the Joint Standing Committee on Transportation. During his time in the Legislature, he also served in leadership positions with NCSL and CSG, working with the nation’s top transportation lawmakers to advance sustainable funding legislation.
