Her expertise includes transportation decarbonization, climate adaptation, infrastructure resilience, and federal environmental policy and regulatory processes, including NEPA. She has represented state leaders before Congress, executive branch agencies, and national initiatives, including negotiated rulemakings, and has deep experience in regulatory analysis, complex rulemaking, and managing fiscally responsible projects for federal and state transportation clients.
