Michael DenBleyker serves as the Deputy State Engineer for Design at the Arizona Department of Transportation. In this role, he provides leadership and guidance to the ADOT Project Delivery and Operations technical and design sections, including the Materials Group, Bridge Group, Right-of-Way Group, Roadway Engineering Group, Traffic Engineering Group, and the Utilities and Railroad Section. Michael also manages ADOT’s Digital Delivery Program, guiding the development and implementation of the Department’s strategies to deploy new digital design modeling and project delivery guidance, standards, and workflows for use by planners, designers, and construction team members. He is a registered professional engineer in Arizona and Illinois and is a graduate of Calvin University in Grand Rapids, MI.
