Christine Ryan, head of Nossaman’s Austin office, guides public agencies through the process of structuring, developing, financing, and operating large, complex, and high-profile infrastructure projects, as well as smaller transportation projects, delivered through alternative methods around the nation. Christine has assisted public agencies for over 25 years with the development and implementation of their transportation projects. Her practice includes developing strategies for project development during the procurement process; drafting and negotiating contracts and procurement documents for projects delivered through alternative delivery methods, including public-private partnerships, design-build, CMAR, and CM/GC agreements, and other progressive models. Her practice also includes contract administration, claims management, and dispute resolution.
