Madeline is a transportation planning and policy specialist with experience delivering strategic communications, planning, outreach, and project management services to a diverse range of clients and communities. With a particular focus on long-range planning, emerging transportation technology, and strategic partnerships, Madeline helps clients navigate diverse perspectives and is adept at translating difficult issues and priorities into clear and transparent concepts. Since 2024, Madeline has helped to lead coalition-building and facilitation efforts for the I-80 Corridor Coalition from its inception, resulting in alignment across agencies on key opportunities for data communications and interoperability. Today, she collaborates with agencies and stakeholders across the corridor to advance strategic initiatives and partnerships. Prior to her time at Burns & McDonnell, Madeline led stakeholder engagement across a 13-state region for Ford Motor Company's Mobility & Autonomous Vehicles Division, collaborating with cities to develop insights and policy for emerging mobility technology.
