Michelle is Managing Director of the Integrated Surface Transportation Division at MITRE, where she leads a portfolio of surface transportation initiatives in support of the U.S. Department of Transportation. Her work spans all surface modes and engages state transportation departments across the country, with a focus on advancing data sharing, federated infrastructure, and collaborative technology solutions that serve the public interest. Michelle holds a BS in Mathematics and Applied Statistics from the University of Michigan and an MS in Information Technology from Carnegie Mellon University.
