Amber started at UDOT in 2007. She has worked in R2 permits, R2 Traffic Engineering, Technology and Innovation, and R2 Project Management. She is currently the Statewide Emergency Operations Manager and is working on building an emergency preparedness program for UDOT. Bachelor's in City Planning from the University of Utah Master's in Public Administration from Southern Utah University She is the proud mother of a United States Air Force Airman
