This presentation explores the strategic development of a comprehensive project management training program and toolkit designed to optimize project managers within a public agency. We will outline the need, instructional design strategy, and adult learning principles used to scale training for TxDOT, which contributed to the successful delivery of a record-breaking $10 billion project portfolio.
