Projects continue to grow in size and complexity, while the number of experienced staff in many public agencies is decreasing.  This has led to increased interest and utilization of various alternative delivery models. Many lessons are being learned about how these  models differ in terms of partnering, risk sharing, and cost and schedule controls. This session will provide candid perspectives of the pros and cons of the various models from an owner, a contractor, and a designer.
