Nicole has 18 years of transportation experience and has managed projects ranging from large multidisciplinary heavy highway transportation projects (I-215, I-15 Springville Interchange), to major reconstruction projects (5600 West), to roadway widening projects (700 East, Parkway Blvd, 3900 South), to large pavement preservation projects (I-215 Knudsen Corner). Nicole utilizes her Project Management and design experience with digital delivery to innovate designs to produce the best outcome and lower risk. She has managed 9 MALD projects that have gone through construction and helped both UDOT and TxDOT develop their Digital Delivery program’s workflows and standards. She utilizes frequent communication between the project team, UDOT, and the contractor to help keep the project on track and under budget. She has a thorough understanding of engineering processes and procedures that facilitate successful projects.
