He has led nationally significant initiatives for agencies throughout the western states serving as project manager, technical lead, or subject matter expert on multiple technology and innovation subjects. His expertise includes alternative funding, road user charging, enterprise ERP modernization, connected vehicle strategies, IT and AI strategy, data ecosystems, smart cities, communications networks, cost optimization, organizational assessment, independent evaluation, and policy development.
