Casey Schneider, P.E., is a transportation engineer at Kimley-Horn & Associates focused on roadway design, project management, and digital delivery (DD) solutions. Primarily for the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), Casey serves as project manager for various roadway and bridge reconstruction projects. He is a subject matter expert for TxDOT’s Digital Delivery Program, advising on DD implementation, advanced modeling techniques, model development standards, project delivery, and training. Casey also leads the roadway design and model management for multiple TxDOT DDP pilot projects by streamlining DD workflows, facilitating model-based reviews, and overseeing the completion of model deliverables across project teams.
