Jason oversees the Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) State Highway Administration's (SHA) Office of Transportation Mobility Operations Office, home to the Coordinated Highways Action Response Team (CHART) Incident Management Program, as well as the agency's Traffic Management Centers (TMCs) and traveler information programs. He has over 20 years of experience in traffic management operations, serving a majority of his career leading SHA’s TMC Operations. Jason serves as MDOT’s representative for both the Traffic Management Center and Safety Service Patrol Pooled Fund Studies, as well as the Eastern Transportation Coalition Highway Operations group and AASHTO Committee on Transportation System Operations (CTSO).
