A strategic discussion on how to build a permanent cross-border system that guarantees a safe, professional, and consistent response to traffic incidents. Moving Traffic Incident Management (TIM) from a "good idea" to a permanent and standard way of doing business across state lines. Participants will explore tactical actions to make the on-scene response to roadway incidents safer and more efficient, especially during large-scale emergencies that involve multiple jurisdictions.
