Pat Gallagher is an experienced leader in traffic incident and safety program management. He is currently serving as the project manager for the Nevada and Utah Traffic Incident Management Support Services projects. Pat has extensive and diverse practical law enforcement experience having served as a senior command officer in all three of the commands within Nevada for 26 years, including time spent serving as the executive officer to the chief of the Nevada Highway Patrol. Pat has a background in law enforcement, incident response and command, traffic crash reconstruction, coordinated incident management, congestion management, and emergency operations.
