  • The conference room block is subject to availability. Room rates, taxes, and incidentals are the responsibility of the registrant. Specific room types are subject to availability.
  • Government Per Diem rooms are only for the State DOT/FHWA registration type.  Anyone inadvertently choosing this rate that is not with the State DOT/FHWA will be moved to the Standard Rate Room.
  • Group rates available three days pre‐ and post‐meeting, based upon availability.

  • The "Priority Room" benefit that comes with a sponsorship or booth is NOT a "complimentary" hotel reservation. "Priority" means you are guaranteed a hotel room in our host hotel. This is NOT a complimentary room. Participants are responsible for the cost of hotel accommodations.

Parking Information

The Cosmopolitan offers an indoor parking deck that provides direct access to the hotel. Self and valet parking are available for WASHTO attendees. 

Valet Parking

  • $40.00 Overnight (in and out privileges) until 5:00 pm the following day.

Valet parking rates are subject to change.

Self Parking

Self-parking rates for WASHTO attendees:

  • $20.00 Overnight Parking 

Oversized Vehicle
